How to poop?

If you are having issues with straining, constipation, haemorrhoids or fissures, it could be because of the way you poop. You should be pooping on a daily basis. If you are having trouble these 2 tips may help you!

2 main tips: MOO to POO and use a Squatty Potty.

MOO to POO.

Alot of people tighten their abs when trying to force out a poop. However, we should be doing the opposite. We should be relaxing our abs and pelvic floor to allow the poop out easier.

So bulge your belly out and try a MmmmOOOOO sound while relaxing and opening your bowels.

Squatty Potty.

Using a squat position to poop, can help position and relax your puborectalis muscle (one of the pelvic floor muscles). Thus, allowing the poop to be relieved easier. (see pic below).

So how to poop?

  1. Feet on squatty potty.

  2. Lean forwards with a straight back (but keep the curve in your lower back), rest your forearms on thighs.

  3. Relax your belly, Relax your Bowels.

  4. and let out a Mmmmmooooooo Sound when Pooping.
